It's that time of year again : HERE WE GO! (Kenny Chesney performing The Boys of Fall)


Monday, August 9th Thru Thursday, August 12th Weight Room opens at 8am for lifting followed by Little Kid's Football Camp from 10am - 12noon. All Football players are needed to help coach and mentor the kids for the camp.
Coach Wiker will be sizing guys with Under Armour gear on Monday and Tuesday following lifting. Make sure you order the correct sizes for your spirit pack.
August 14th: The Boys and Girls Club will be holding physicals for athletes. The cost is just $20 and physicals will be given from 9am-11am. Physicals are good for 2 years and all players must have a physical that is valid for the duration of the season or they will be asked to get a new one before participating.
August 17th: ALL SHS fall coaches meeting - 3:30. Previously, this meeting was required just for head coaches, but due to some new state requirements, this meeting will be mandatory for ALL Head Coaches, assistants, and volunteers.
There will be a CPR/1st Aid class following this meeting.
All coaches, INCLUDING VOLUNTEERS (new district requirement) must have a valid CPR/1st Aid card before stepping onto the field to coach the kids. Class will run from 5pm-9pm in the highs school staff lounge. Please notify Karen Sande at
ksande@sequim if you plan on attending so she can sign you up.
Football officially starts on Wednesday, August 18th. All players must have yellow and white cards (current physicals) and all coaches and volunteers must be cleared to coach through Coach D in order to be on the field.
